Auto Invest allows you simply invest money in our 'pool' investment covering many properties around the country. With Auto Invest your risk is spread between all of the properties. Interest is paid annually.

Do I have sight of all the details of projects I am investing in?

Yes, absolutely. All deals show a surveyor's report, the risk level of that loan, what security Kuflink has taken against the loan and of course the nature and location of the investment. Plus don't forget all Kuflink's loans can qualify for ISA status with their IF-ISA option.

What kinds of property will I be investing in?
