Landlord Legal Expenses Insurance

This is a comprehensive Legal expenses product that will cover the landlords' costs of any disputes between themselves and their tenant(s).* This is a 12 month policy and costs just £39.50 per annum.


Landlord Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee Insurance for 6 Months

This costs only £52.50 for six months to guarantee your rent up to £2500.00 per month.* Comprehensive Legal expenses product covering the landlord's costs for disputes between you and your tenant(s). This is a 6 month policy.


Landlord Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee Insurance for 12 Months

A Comprehensive Legal expenses product covering the landlord's costs for disputes between yourself and your tenant(s), with a rent guarantee insurance up to a maximum of £2,500 per month.* with an annual premium of only £98.70 per year. This is a 12 month policy.

Tenant Referencing

Please note: IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO SEND OR SHOW ANY DOCUMENTS IN ORDER TO PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE. It is only required that the relevant documents; Credit Check and two forms of ID, (clear copies are OK) one including a recent photograph, are in your possession BEFORE the commencement of the tenancy. They will only be asked for in the event of any claim.
Remember that a tenant is anyone named on the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

These are the documents you must simply have in place before the insurance becomes valid.

For letting to working people...
• 2 forms of identification, such as as a ulility bill from the tenant, one containing a clear photograph, such as a photocopy of a photo driving licence or passport photograph.
• Recent Proof of employment
• A credit check

For Student , Self Employed, DSS or Asylum Seeker lets...
• A full tenant reference from a Rentguard approved referencing company.
