This is a comprehensive Legal expenses product that will cover the landlords' costs of any disputes between themselves and their tenant(s).* This is a 12 month policy and costs just £39.50 per property per annum.

Landlord Legal Expenses & Rent Protection Insurance for 6 Months – £52.50 per property
This costs only £52.50 per property for six months to guarantee your rent up to £2500.00 per month.* Comprehensive Legal expenses product covering the landlord's costs for disputes between you and your tenant(s).

Landlord Legal Expenses & Rent Protection Insurance for 12 Months – £98.70 per property per year
A Comprehensive Rent Guarantee & Legal expenses product covering the landlord's costs for disputes between yourself and your tenant(s), with a rent guarantee insurance up to a maximum of £2,500 per month.* with an annual premium of only £98.70 per property per year.

2. You will need the following tenant ID etc...
For Professional Lets (people in full-time employment)...
• Photocopies of 2 forms of identification from the tenant, one containing a clear photograph. A photocopy of a passport is ideal.
• Confirmation of tenant employment.
Unless a claim is made, you do not need to send us these documents. But they must be in place at the start of the tenancy.
OR for anyone NOT in full-time employment, such as Self Employed, Student and/or DSS Lets...
• A Full Tenant Reference (Full Profile) from an approved referencing company such as Rentguard Tenant Referencing.
