For Professional Lets (people in full-time employment)...
• Clear photocopies of 2 forms of identification from the tenant, one containing a clear photograph.
• Written confirmation of tenant employment.
• A credit check of the tenant, clear of CCJ’s, at the start of the tenancy
For anyone NOT in full-time employment, such as Self Employed, Student, DSS or to asylum seekers ...
• A Full Tenant Reference (Full Profile) from an approved referencing company. You will almost always require a Guarantor for each of these tenants – it is FREE if applied for AT THE SAME TIME. Obviously many self-employed people may not require a Guarantor but if it does transpire later that one is needed the cost is £19.95.

Select which level of referencing you require; an Instant Credit Check is sufficient for Professional Lets (tenants in full-time employment). For all others you will require the Full Profile option, or in the case of letting to a business you will need Company Referencing.
