All purchases originating from your site qualify for a 5% commission of the published price of each Tenancy Referencing Package.

1) INSTANT CREDIT CHECK
This costs £12.95 per applicant referenced
When used for Rent Guarantee Insurance it is suitable only for people in full time work with satisfactory IDs.

2) FULL PROFILE
This costs £24.95 per applicant referenced
A comprehensive referencing service for most self employed, all students, DSS and asylum seeker tenant applicants.
Where Guarantors are required, these are included free of charge when referenced AT THE SAME TIME.

3) COMPANY REFERENCING
This costs £24.95 per company applicant referenced

4) GUARANTOR REFERENCING
This costs £19.95 per Guarantor.
It is only free when done AT THE SAME TIME as a Full Profile Reference.
